POLÍTICAS GENERALES DEL TOUR NOCTURNO DE PERSICA SPA
El Tour Nocturno de PERSICA SPA es la opción ideal para disfrutar de las noches después de un día de pesca, explorando lo mejor de la cultura y la gastronomía local. Este servicio exclusivo está disponible solo para nuestros huéspedes (dentro de la semana contratada) e incluye transporte hacia los destinos seleccionados, espera en cada lugar y regreso al alojamiento. A continuación, detallamos nuestras políticas generales para asegurar una experiencia memorable, cómoda y organizada para todos nuestros clientes.
Precios por Hora
Los precios de los tours nocturnos se calculan por hora. El mínimo de horas a reservar son 3 horas. El tiempo de servicio incluye traslados, espera en los destinos y cualquier otra actividad previamente acordada.
Exclusividad de los Tours
Los tours nocturnos son exclusivos para huéspedes de PERSICA SPA. No se permitirá la participación de personas no registradas.
Protección de la Privacidad
PERSICA SPA garantiza la máxima confidencialidad respecto a los servicios ofrecidos y los lugares visitados durante los tours nocturnos. Ningún miembro del personal de transporte ni de PERSICA tomará fotos o videos durante el tour, incluso si los clientes lo solicitan. Además, se mantendrá absoluta confidencialidad sobre los tours realizados o futuros, asegurando que toda la información relacionada con las actividades sea tratada de manera privada y respetuosa.
Reservación Previa Requerida
Se requiere una reservación previa para el tour nocturno, la cual debe incluir la cantidad de participantes y los destinos iniciales a visitar.
Responsabilidad por Consumos en los Destinos
Cada pasajero es responsable de su consumo en los destinos visitados durante el tour. El pago de estos consumos debe realizarse directamente en los locales visitados, y PERSICA SPA no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los cargos o pagos realizados.
Responsabilidad del Cliente
PERSICA SPA no se hace responsable de los problemas que surjan durante el tour debido a factores atribuibles al cliente, como retrasos en la llegada, cambios de última hora en la cantidad de personas, modificaciones no comunicadas en los destinos iniciales, o situaciones que alteren o generen desorden durante el recorrido.
Tipo de Vehículo
El tipo y modelo del vehículo utilizado para el tour dependerán de la disponibilidad, la cantidad de personas, la fecha y el lugar de origen. Se proporcionarán vehículos adecuados para asegurar la comodidad y seguridad de los pasajeros.
Modificaciones en el Itinerario
Cualquier modificación en el itinerario del tour debe ser comunicada con al menos 24 horas de antelación. Si el cliente desea agregar o cambiar destinos durante el recorrido, esto estará sujeto a disponibilidad y al cargo adicional correspondiente.
Cancelaciones y Reembolsos
No existe posibilidad de cancelación ni reembolso una vez realizada la reservación, ya que el transporte, la logística y los servicios ya han sido gestionados. Si el cliente no se presenta al tour o realiza una modificación sin previo aviso, no se efectuará reembolso.
Fallas Mecánicas y Retrasos
En caso de fallas mecánicas o problemas relacionados con el vehículo durante el recorrido, el tiempo del tour continuará corriendo. PERSICA SPA no será responsable por retrasos resultantes de estas circunstancias ni por cambios en el itinerario causados por las mismas.
Responsabilidad de PERSICA SPA
PERSICA SPA se compromete a proporcionar un servicio seguro, cómodo y de alta calidad durante el tour nocturno. Sin embargo, PERSICA SPA no se hace responsable de daños o accidentes que ocurran fuera de su control directo, como aquellos causados por el comportamiento de los pasajeros o el incumplimiento de las instrucciones proporcionadas.
Modificación o Suspensión del Servicio
PERSICA SPA se reserva el derecho de modificar o suspender el servicio del tour nocturno debido a circunstancias fuera de su control, como condiciones climáticas extremas, problemas técnicos imprevistos o situaciones de fuerza mayor.
Política de Tolerancia Cero para la Agresión
PERSICA SPA tiene una política de tolerancia cero para cualquier tipo de agresión o comportamiento disruptivo. Cualquier persona que muestre comportamientos agresivos será retirada de inmediato del tour y podrá enfrentar consecuencias adicionales. GENERAL POLICIES FOR PERSICA NIGHT TOUR SERVICE
The PERSICA SPA Night Tour is the ideal option for enjoying the evenings after a day of fishing, exploring the best of local culture and gastronomy. This exclusive service is available only for our guests (within the contracted week) and includes transportation to selected destinations, waiting at each place, and return to the accommodation. Below, we detail our general policies to ensure a memorable, comfortable, and well-organized experience for all our clients.
Hourly Rates
The prices for the night tours are calculated by the hour. The minimum booking duration is 3 hours. The service time includes transfers, waiting at the destinations, and any other activities previously agreed upon.
Exclusivity of the Tours
Night tours are exclusive to guests of PERSICA SPA. The participation of non-registered individuals is not allowed.
Privacy Protection
PERSICA SPA guarantees the utmost confidentiality regarding the services offered and the places visited during the night tours. No transportation staff or PERSICA personnel will take photos or videos during the tour, even if requested by the clients. Additionally, complete confidentiality is maintained about past or future tours, ensuring that all information related to the activities is treated privately and respectfully.
Advance Reservation Required
An advance reservation is required for the night tour, which must include the number of participants and the initial destinations to visit.
Responsibility for Consumption at Destinations
Each passenger is responsible for their consumption at the destinations visited during the tour. Payment for these expenses must be made directly at the venues, and PERSICA SPA assumes no responsibility for charges or payments made.
Client Responsibility
PERSICA SPA is not responsible for any issues arising during the tour due to customer-related factors, such as delays in arrival, last-minute changes in the number of participants, uncommunicated modifications to the initial destinations, or situations that disturb or create disorder during the tour.
Vehicle Type
The type and model of the vehicle used for the tour will depend on availability, the number of participants, the date, and the origin location. Suitable vehicles will be provided to ensure the comfort and safety of the passengers.
Itinerary Modifications
Any modifications to the tour itinerary must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. If the customer wishes to add or change destinations during the tour, this will be subject to availability and the corresponding additional fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
There is no possibility of cancellation or refund once the reservation is made, as transportation, logistics, and services have already been arranged. If the client does not show up for the tour or makes a modification without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Mechanical Failures and Delays
In the event of mechanical failures or other vehicle-related issues during the tour, the tour time will continue running. PERSICA SPA is not responsible for delays resulting from these circumstances or for itinerary changes caused by them.
PERSICA SPA's Responsibility
PERSICA SPA is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and high-quality service during the night tour. However, PERSICA SPA is not responsible for any damages or accidents that occur outside of its direct control, such as those caused by passenger behavior or failure to follow provided instructions.
Service Modifications or Suspension
PERSICA SPA reserves the right to modify or suspend the night tour service due to circumstances beyond its control, such as extreme weather conditions, unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure situations.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Aggression
PERSICA SPA upholds a zero tolerance policy for any form of aggression or disruptive behavior. Any individual who displays aggressive behavior will be immediately removed from the tour and may face additional consequences.
